Clear service guidelines, expectations, and booking agreements

Welcome to The Snap Service ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website (thesnapservice.com) or booking any of our photography, videography, or media services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Provided

The Snap Service is a professional creative photography and cinematography studio based in Faisalabad, Pakistan. We offer event and wedding photography, cinematography, drone coverage, pre-wedding couple shoots, bridal sessions, and bespoke album design as agreed upon in individual package quotes.

2. Booking & Payment Schedule

  • A non-refundable date-reservation deposit (typically 30% to 50%) is required to lock your event date on our calendar.
  • The remaining balance is payable prior to or on the day of the event before final delivery of raw previews or media assets.
  • Accepted payment methods include direct bank transfers, online transfers, or studio cash payments. No sensitive financial information (such as credit card numbers or PINs) is ever requested or processed over insecure channels.

3. Event Schedule & Client Cooperation

To ensure optimal creative results, the client agrees to provide adequate scheduling, venue access, and lighting conditions. While our team makes every effort to capture key moments, we are not responsible for missed shots caused by venue delays, unexpected itinerary changes, or guest interference beyond our control.

4. Creative Discretion & Style

Clients acknowledge that they have reviewed The Snap Service portfolio and style. Photography, color grading, tone curation, and editing are inherently artistic processes. Final editing choices remain under the creative direction of The Snap Service, adhering to our established quality benchmarks.

5. Delivery Timelines

  • Edited High-Resolution Photos: Typically delivered within 4 to 8 weeks following the event.
  • Cinematic Films & Teasers: Typically delivered within 6 to 10 weeks depending on event complexity and season.
  • Custom Photo Albums: Delivered within 3 to 4 weeks after the client approves the album page layout design.

6. Copyright & Usage Rights

The copyright of all original photographs and video footage remains with The Snap Service. The client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual license for personal, non-commercial use, printing, and sharing on social media. The Snap Service reserves the right to display selected photographs and clips in its portfolio, website, and social channels, unless an explicit non-disclosure agreement is requested and agreed upon in writing prior to shooting.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations, date changes, and refunds are governed strictly by our official Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event of catastrophic equipment malfunction, accidental file loss, or uncontrollable illness, our total financial liability to the client shall not exceed the total fees received for the specific service.
